I had Austin come to give a 2nd opinion on a part that one of the HVAC businesses told me I needed to have replaced. It was only 2 years old so I was suspicious. Austin checked it and assured me it was fine. I so appreciate his honesty and the fact he saved me a lot of money. I will definitely be calling him for my heating and air needs in the future.

Our air went out and it was an emergency. He came out cleaned our unit, even though he didn’t have the part on hand he got us in touch with someone who did and they came and fixed it. He stayed until we had a solution so we weren’t left stranded. He was very nice and got back to me quickly. I will use his services again.

Austin did a great job! He came out on a holiday weekend at 8:30 PM. He got our AC to run to cool the house off for the night, but needed to come back the next morning to replace some parts. He didn’t charge us for the work he put in the previous night. He just wanted everyone to be a little more comfortable (kids and dogs were panting at 90 degrees). We were all starting to hover in a room with a space AC my husband bought. He showed up first thing the next morning and had us up and running. Very reasonable work pricing. Offered to let us make payments if necessary. We will definitely be using him again.
