Austin graciously came out on a Saturday for my heating issue. Due to the part store not having the part I needed, he couldn’t fix my issue until Monday. But he called as soon as he was able and came right out to replace the damaged part. I will definitely be using him again in the future!

I called Complete Heat and Air Services after calling 2 other companies. The other 2 never came out or followed up with me. Austin came out as scheduled, was very knowledgeable and professional. He went through my entire hvac system and furnace and made sure everything was cleaned properly and working properly. I could not have asked for better service. Austin Easley went above and beyond to get me and my husbands unit installed and running. We were truly suffering during the hotest part of the summer.. but he made sure he got us fixed up.

About 2 weeks after he worked for us, my elderly sisters air stopped cooling. It was on a Friday evening and showing 94 degrees on the thermostat. She was red faced, drenched in sweat and concerned about her little cat that was inside with her.
I gave Austin a call, explained the situation and he said I'm almost home, I need to drop off this ice cream and I will head that way.
I think he said he lived about 40 min or so from us..He came out and fixed her air within an hour. I don't know what I would have done if he hadn't been available. In my experience it's rare find many knowledgeable, kind, and trustworthy HVAC companies that are willing to come out especially after hours in the summer when it's not a regular customer, they didn't do the install , or the unit didn't come from them. We truly appreciate the work he did and the kindness shown. I will be spreading his name to people who need any heating and air work done right and at a decent price.

Highly recommend! I got home from work and my air conditioner was not working. After trying to fix it ourselves for a few hours I found the number for Complete Heat and Air. Within a couple of hours of calling Austin and leaving him a voicemail after hours he had returned my call and came out and got us fixed right up. Very professional, polite, and reasonably priced company. We will definitely use this company again.

I would give 10 stars if I could! Austin has serviced our air twice and is amazing. The first time our outside unit wouldn’t stop running and our inside unit was getting hot. School was out and there was no way we could leave our kids at home in the extreme heat with the chance of our air going out or something catching on fire with them in the house while we were at work. We were in a panic, didn’t know what to do, and no one would answer after hours, even the ads that advertised after hours. We had one last number to call…Complete Heat and Air Services and he answered! We knew it was a huge thing to ask him to come at that time of night and knew that an after hours call would probably be expensive, but we were so wrong. He came on out, fixed our problem and the price was unbelievable. It was way less than we expected. We were so happy and so relieved. The second time he helped us was today. My son and I got home and the outdoor unit wasn’t running. It was 100 degree weather, so we knew something was wrong. After trying everything, I called Austin. He was already on a job, but promised me he would come out just as soon as he was done. Rain and thunderstorms hindered what he was doing and prolonged it, but he called to check in with me and let me know that he hadn’t forgot about us, and he would be here as soon as he got done, about an hour. Sure enough, about an hour later, he knocked on our door. After just a few minutes, he came in and he had figured out what was wrong and had already fixed it. Again, the price was just wow. He even told me I could pay him Thursday when my husband got paid. I have lupus and other health problems and I am sure he was tired from a long days work both times, but he still has managed to come through for us every time we have needed him and is always nice and knowledgeable. I HIGHLY recommend Austin and Complete Heat and Air Services for all of your heating and cooling needs. You will not be disappointed!

Austin Easley from Complete Heat and Air services came by on a Friday to evaluate my HVAC unit that was leaking water from my attic into my living room. Others I spoke with wanted to charge me thousands to replace my entire system. Austin serviced my unit, added freon, replaced a rusty pan the unit was sitting in upstairs and added a anti flood device to stop the unit if water got in the pan again. The job was completed in 2 visits. Austin's common sense approach to repairing my 5 yr old unit saved me thousands. Will definitely recommend using Complete Heat And Air Services.

Great honest service. Had my two central units serviced, he had them both cleaned inside and out and running like a dream within two hours. I would recommend.

We called around to get quotes for central AC servicing, and this was definitely on the cheaper side. The guy came out the next day and did both units in 2 and a half hours. He did a great job, and we can definitely tell a big difference. I would recommend this guy to anybody needing their AC serviced! Amazing work and a great price!!
